Private individual coaching sessions start at a minimum level of engagement (MLE) fee of $4,985 (includes four one-hour coaching sessions and deliverables as listed below).
What You Can Expect
03 Mission Prep!
Before your coaching sessions, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire regarding your goal and desired outcome for the coaching sessions. Next up, a quick call to discuss expectations. If it's a good fit, we'll schedule the sessions at a time convenient for you. Next, you will be provided pre-session work (prior to each session) to be completed and returned so it can be reviewed in detail prior to the sessions. You knew this required work on your end, right? This will help create a coaching work plan that ensures the sessions are tailored to your specific needs.

Typically conducted over the internet, your private sessions will give you the opportunity to provide context, ask questions, and receive personalized feedback during extensive intentional, exploratory conversation that follows a directed coaching model framework. After each session, you will be provided supplemental instruction, home study, and reflection exercises to be completed and returned prior to the next session. This will once again help ensure that the sessions are tailored to your specific needs.

After the coaching sessions, your journey doesn’t stop! You just started! You will receive a detailed summary of the sessions, along with recommendations discussed, next steps, and a work plan to monitor and evaluate your path forward to ensure mission success!
