12-time champion boxer Cam Awesome (yes, that's his name 😀), former Olympian Sarah Wells, Henna Pryor, CSP, Juan Bendana, and Shawn DuBravac, PhD, CFA to the outstanding and insightful workshops and sessions facilitated by the incomparable Lourdes Coss, MPA, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, Mark B. Logan, MPA, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, C.P.M., CPPB, A.P.P. , Tammy Rimes, and so many other procurement experts, my first virtual NIGP Forum conference experience is one for the books for me - professionally and personally.

Tons of great takeaways from each session. I'm kind of overwhelmed by the amount of great content 🤪

For now, I'm going to focus on my:
***"16th stride" as Sarah Wells put it
***Rewrite the story in my mind - we are our own worst critics.
***Give myself grace
***Start with the forks...IYKYK
***Remember there's strength (and lessons) in the stumbles
***Be humble and authentic, even when it's not the popular thing to do.
***Take others with me as I continue to grow and learn!
