𝗪𝗘. 𝗖𝗥𝗨𝗦𝗛𝗘𝗗. 𝗜𝗧.

A little over a year ago, I asked Jeremy "what made you want to present at Forum?". And he said essentially that he wanted to give back to the procurement community. So then I thought to myself: "Is there anything I can present that would give back?"

I reached out to Tammy who is awesome and liked the pitch, and she even recommended we collaborate with another awesome person Mark. We developed this presentation From Yawning to Fawning over a few months, did an initial presentation at CAPPO, and refined it for NIGP Forum. And it was a blast.

We had so much participation, so many great reactions, someone even asked us for a selfie after the presentation (we didn't even know the person either!). We filled the room with 100 people, and had over 200 watching online, which is tremendous.

I genuinely appreciate being able to be apart of this presentation squad, both Tammy and Mark are forces of nature in the best of ways. They trusted me to help put this thing together, and I do not take it for granted.

And thanks to my teammates who came to watch the session, I think I saw Ryan Donovan and Michelle Williams incorporate some facets into their presentation the very next day.

Special shoutout to Greg Grunig for the photos, he is on our procurement team and offered to snap some candids during our presentation, and they turned out very slick! I'm excited to have this memory.
